This spring my mood was as chaotic and unpredictable as the weather in Illinois - one day it’s warm, sunny, perfect, the next - rain, wind, a storm, and suddenly you’re like, wait, do I need my winter coat again?
wow! your nose palette is so different from mine. do son by diptyque was a leap out of my comfort zone, but i love what you wear! i read the notes and it's very strong and sexy. how do you feel about angels' share by killian? it's got that yummy cognac note that narcotic delight has.
ohhh fellow perfume girlie 🙌🏻 yes, my taste in perfumes is definitely a bit specific, I usually love scents that other people find a little too much haha.
Diptyque Do Son actually sounds really interesting though, I need to check it out.
Angels' share is beautiful, but it’s not fully my thing. it never gave me that “obsessed” feeling or really stayed in my head for some reason, like something is missing for me personally. my forever favorite from Kilian is definitely love, don't be shy. I’ve been wearing it since it came out and it’s still probably the only one from them that truly got me
right?? I’m so excited! I’d actually only heard two songs from the new album when I bought the tickets, but now I’ve started listening to the rest and I’m loving it so far
i'm obsessed with this and your taste <3 i loved drive your plow over the bones of the dead too, and i wish i could experience reading clarice lispector for the first time again! it was a spiritual experience! based on this i feel like you'd love magda szabó, if you haven't already read her.
oh my god thank you, that’s so sweet of you to say 🥹 yes, Clarice Lispector genuinely felt like a spiritual experience to me too! I haven’t read any Magda Szabó yet but I do have abigail and the fawn sitting on my shelf. now Im curious where you'd recommend starting
i'd definitley recommend starting with abigail! i love both of them, but abigail's one of my favorite books of all time. it's such an immersive and atmospheric read.
I love posts like this, such a beautiful way to show appreciation for the small things - wishing you a fruitful spring <3
thank you so much 🥹 I’m really trying to notice and appreciate the small things more lately. wishing you a beautiful spring too ♥️
Ohh i love your aesthetic ✨✨
thank you! 🥰
